Job Summary:
The Facility Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across all LCDF facilities. Reporting to Facility Management, this role ensures that buildings, systems, and grounds are maintained in a safe, functional, and efficient condition. The Supervisor leads a team of maintenance personnel, coordinates routine and emergency repairs, and supports the implementation of preventative maintenance programs. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with safety standards and supporting the operational needs of LCDF’s healthcare and administrative services.

Proficient in basic repair techniques, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with team members and vendors.
High level of organization and attention to detail in planning, executing, and documenting maintenance tasks.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic facility environments.
Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and maintenance best practices.
Competence in using maintenance-related software, tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
