Job Summary: Receives incoming telephone calls for Administration obtains caller's name, and forwards call to appropriate person or takes a message. Greets visitors, clients, and applicants and directs them to the appropriate office. Provides information and assistance to clients, customers, and applicants. Answers general queries for the public. Maintains conference room schedule. Performs a variety of typing and other clerical duties. Receives and sorts incoming and outgoing mail.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and one-year experience in similar position
