Job Summary:

The Behavioral Management Specialist is responsible providing direct services to those individuals on their case load.  In addition, behavior management specialist is responsible for referring clients to appropriate services.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older per Program Regulations
  • High school diploma or G.E.D and one or more of the following:                                                              (a) Two years’ experience working with clients and adolescents with severe psychological/ emotional disturbances/neurobiological disorders; or                                                                                            (b) Two years of post-secondary education in a human service related field; or                                      (c) A minimum of 40 hours of documented training (20 hours of pre-service training + 20 hours additional training within 90 days)
