Job Summary:
Provides office support to accounting department staff by filing, sorting, copying, data entry and reporting. Under the direction of the accounting department management team will support the purchasing agent.

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all employees and department needs.
Must be adaptable with an ability to communicate to a variety of staff members.
Must be able to follow directions and follow through with given assignments.
Must be highly organized.
Must have high attention to detail.
Must have basic understanding of computers. Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to use office equipment, fax, copier, and telephone.
Proficiency in Math
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with/without reasonable accommodation.
Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance. Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
