Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Facility Management and Operations Administrator with maintaining the proper functioning of equipment and systems, safe condition of buildings and structures, and satisfactory appearance of all sites. Responsible for the overall management of the maintenance team.
Core Competencies:
Bilingual English / Spanish (preferred)
Working knowledge of basic repair; carpentry and A / C.
Good oral communication and interpersonal skills.
High degree of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions effectively.
An individual with a potentially applicable background which differs from the above requisites may request a waiver (justified in writing) explaining the relevance of alternate knowledge, skills and abilities. Requisites may be waived at the CEO's discretion.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year in a similar position.
